How do I get my files after purchasing?
You'll receive an email with a download link immediately after your payment is confirmed. You can also access your files anytime from your order confirmation page.

How long do I have to download my files?
Your download link is available for 30 days and up to 5 download attempts. If you need more time or attempts, contact us and we'll sort it out.

What if my download link doesn't work?
Contact us through our Let's Talk page and we'll get it fixed immediately.

📄 File Formats & Compatibility

What format are the files in?
All products are delivered as PDF files in three formats: Fillable PDF (type directly on screen), Interactive PDF (hyperlinked navigation), and Printable PDF (clean print layout).

What apps can I use to open them?
You can use GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, Adobe Acrobat, or any standard PDF reader on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Can I use these on my iPad with a stylus?
Yes! All fillable PDFs are fully compatible with Apple Pencil and stylus input on GoodNotes and Notability.

Can I print the files?
Absolutely. Every product includes a clean printable PDF version designed for standard A4 and US Letter paper sizes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.

Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant-access digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
